DELIVERIES WITHIN AUSTRALIA ONLY
All orders made online will be dispatched within 5 working days from the date an order is placed. Deliveries will be sent via AusPost, which normally arrives within 3 to 5 business days from date of dispatch.
Please understand that FLEXII customers are given the responsibility for paying any freight charges that may arise by unclaimed goods or refused shipment.
A signature will be needed at times when receiving an order to accept the delivery from the carrier. If a customer error in the shipping address is made during the checkout process FLEXII reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee. FLEXII is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
Once your order leaves FLEXII premises you will be sent an email confirmation, including a tracking number, which will need to be monitored by the customer in order to keep an eye out for an expected date of delivery. The second a package leaves FLEXII it is out of our hands. Any concerns will need to be dealt with the relevant shipping agent.
Please note we do not deliver to PO boxes; please provide us with a business or residential address.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
Refunds are not available for any item, unless the item is faulty. If this is the case it must be returned within 7 days of receiving your item. If returned after the 7 days the refund will be denied. Your return parcel must be post stamped within 7 days of you receiving the order.
Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and sanitary labels. Once FLEXII has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by FLEXII will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for "proof of postage" at the time of posting returned items.
Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by FLEXII. You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your FLEXII account once this transaction has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account that the payment had originally come from.
REPLACEMENTS + EXCHANGES
If your reason for exchange meets our criteria we are more than happy to replace/exchange the item. The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving your item. If returned after the 7 days the replacement/exchange will be denied.
FLEXII reserves the right to deny a replacement/exchange if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way.
Store credit may be issued to the value of the item, excluding shipping costs, if the product is out of stock.
These will be processed within 5 business days and notification of this transaction will be provided to the nominated email address.
