PLACING AN ORDER

Ordering online from FLEXII is simple ! Simply click on your favorite, read over all the necessary information you would like to know about the garment.

Select a size and quantity needed and then click ‘Add to Cart’. Once your item is in your cart you can review the item in your bag at any time by simply clicking on the little cart icon in the top right corner of every page. Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping bag, you can either continue shopping or continue to checkout and place your order.

 

CHECK OUT

Selected all your goodies?  Ensure all your items are in your bag before clicking on the ‘Check Out’ button. Choose your preferred shipping method and enter any discount codes or credit vouchers that you may want to use. Finally, you will be directed to complete payment for which ever payment method you have chosen.

 

CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Just placed an order and are waiting for your confirmation email? Please allow up to 24 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your registered email address inbox. We strongly recommend that if your confirmation emails does not appear check your Junk/Spam mail folder. If for any reason you have not received your confirmation email within the time period allocated simply send an email to our Customer Care team at hello@flexii.com.au

 

ERROR AT CHECK OUT

If you're trying to place an order and an error message keeps occurring in your check out process then it is best to contact our Customer Care team at hello@flexii.com.au

 

CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER

If you have noticed that you have selected the wrong option not to worry you have within 1 hour of placing your order to fix any details. This is the same for any orders you wish to cancel. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our customer care team (within the hour) at hello@flexii.com with your change/cancellation request details included in the email. By doing so this will minimise the processing delay with your order due to the changes being made.

 

DOES FLEXII HAVE A SIZE CHART ?

Yes we definitely do have a size chart to follow, however please do keep in mind that certain pieces are made smaller than the size chart has listened. It is always best to refer back to the product page recommendations. A little trick is also to compare your body measurements with the models sizes listened to see what size will best fit you.

 

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED ?

Unfortunately we can not cancel an order after it has already been shipped. 

 

WHAT IF THE ITEM I WOULD LIKE TO BUY IS SOLD OUT ?

We are always updating our stock with new styles so 99% of the time FLEXII does not restock any item unless it is one of our standard pieces. If you would like to know whether or not a particular item will be back in stock contact us at hello@flexii.com.au and we will be sure to get back to you with an answer.

 

AM I ABLE TO RETURN A SALE ITEM ?

FLEXII does not return or refund any sale items. If you would like to know more please refer to our Returns Policy.

LADIES SIZE CHART
It is a great idea to check the below size chart before purchasing an item to help you determine your approximate size for each product.

Depending on the styles, sizes and cuts sizes will vary between each individual item and may not be consistent with the size guide measurements. If you have any concerns about the sizing of a particular product contact our Customer Care team on the Contact page in the footer below. We will be more than happy to assist you in finding the right size.

It is also very important to refer to the Product Page for finer details of individual items in regards to measurements and sizing notes as certain products are small made.
